1Where are your amplifiers manufactured?
Our amplifiers are manufactured in Slovenia - Europe. All amplifiers are handbuild with highest precision possible and highest quality components.
2Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we ship worldwide. Simply enter your ZIP code and city at checkout to have the shipping costs calculated.
3How much is shipping to my country?
You can calculate by entering your ZIP code and city at checkout and our website will calculate your shipping cost.
4Do you have dealers?
We sell directly to end customers. This is how we can keep our prices so low.
5How do you manage repairs under warranty?
If your amplifier would fail which is really rare, we organise a pickup with express shipping method and ship the faulty amplifier back to our factory where we repair it in 24 hours and ship it back to you.
6Can I order a custom amplifier?
Yes you can. For custom amplifiers please contact us directly on our email: [email protected], and we will send you a quote for your desired custom amplifier.
7Is the shipping trackable and insured?
Yes, the shipping is insured and trackable.
8Are your prices exclusive or inclusive VAT?
Our prices shown on our website do not include VAT. The VAT is added at checkout only for European citizens.
9How much is your lead time?
Estimated lead time is 14 working days for stereo amplifiers/monoblocks, 21 days for multichannel amplifiers and 30 working days for all Premium amplifiers. Please note that weekends and public holidays do not count as working days.
10How can I pay?
You can pay with direct bank transfer, credit card, paypal or bitcoin.
