A few words from me. I chose courier shipment. The equipment arrived in perfect condition. Really great workmanship of the amp. I have already done a lot of listening different music on this stuff. For sure better control in the bass and quite a warm but detailed, dynamic sound compared to my previous class d amplifiers.
Practically it does not heat up, it consumes very little power and it sounds powerful and strong. I recommend!

I love my Purifi Eigentakt 1ET6525SA ST Apollon Amplifier. It looks beautiful, the case is very nice, crystal clear sound.
My setup is: SMSL D6-S DAC – XLR cables – Apollon Amplifier – Focal 826W 30th Anniversary Edition. The DAC is connected to my laptop, and I listen to music all day, on relatively low volumes (I chose the lowest gain settings in the Amplifier).

I would enthusiastically recommend this product to anyone looking for an amplifier in this (ample) power range! Here’s what sets it apart for me:
(1) Sound/power. Independent measurements indicate that well-designed digital amps, like this Purifi-based one, produce essentially flawless sound and this is certainly confirmed by my listening. Beautiful sound with tons of power for my needs.
(2) Build quality/aesthetics. This amp is solidly built with clear attention to detail. I love the compactness and the simple, elegant design.
(3) On-board power supply. Many Class D amps use separate power supplies. There are pros and cons to each design but, for me, avoiding a separate “brick” was important.
(4) Features. This amp has “everything you need and nothing you don’t,” as the expression goes. For me, the list includes balanced inputs (allows the use of flexible, unobtrusive cables with secure connectors that are simple to plug and unplug when needed); variable input gain settings to match the output level of your preamp; simple adjustment of the brightness of the power indicator led on the front panel (surprisingly nice to be able to tame the led if the amp is where you can see it); and 12-volt trigger jacks, both in and out which work consistently and quickly to power the unit on and off (in my experience, trigger inputs on many amps are glitchy and inconsistent).
Apollon is an established firm with real in-house electronic/audio expertise and it was a pleasure interacting with Tibor during the purchase process. I have little doubt that should I need any troubleshooting or warranty assistance they will be there and able to help. Highly recommend! –Mark (Seattle, Washington)

Overall, the amplifier is very good; I’m very happy with my purchase. It replaced my Rotel RB990BX and works with the Audio-GD Master 9 MK3 preamplifier. It powers DIY speakers with Seas converters (L22RN4X/P, M15CH002, and Morel ET-338-104) and works perfectly. Excellent dynamics, very good vocals, and high frequencies. It’s not the same Class D as years ago (dry sound, only good bass and poor vocals). However, to fully achieve a somewhat warm sound, I had to replace the opamps with staccato ones—only then does it sound right! It’s a shame Apollon doesn’t offer a choice between staccato —they significantly improve sound quality! I also use a DAC with 6sn7 and 6x5gt tubes and a Philips TDA1543 converter—a very musical setup! 🙂 As for delivery, it was more or less on time, contact with the company was okay.

It arrived yesterday, I connected it to my setup and I could not stop listening to my favorite music!
It’s a perfect match for my Revel PerformaBe F226Be, the sound is strong and controlled, delicate, transparent and energic. I didn’t even feel the necessity of connecting my subwoofer to extend the response in the lower octaves, as I did before!
And It’s beautiful, very well made and the finish is impeccable. And it barely gets warm, after hours of working, really very efficient and well ventilated.

I bought the Purifi Eigentakt 1ET6525SA ST Stereo Amplifier – Silver Anodised from you. I’ve been listening to it for a few days now and I have to write you my impressions. First of all, thank you for a very successful product. In reality, it looks much better than in the picture. 🙂
Although there was an effort to keep the price as low as possible, the result is a really beautiful design that doesn’t resemble anything else out there, but it’s pleasing to the eye. Everything inside is also beautifully organized and logically arranged.
The amplifier has everything a user needs: XLR and RCA inputs, trigger, gain switch, and even the brightness of the power button LED was thought out. GREAT.
Sound-wise, it’s one of the best amplifiers I’ve had at home and I think that in a blind test I wouldn’t be able to tell it apart from AB amplifiers, which I consider excellent.
And it plays excellently even quietly. As a bonus, it also offers low power consumption in idle mode – 15 W. 🙂

Congrats to the Apollon team on the affordable, no-sense, quality construction. I bought it as a Christmas present simply for the satisfaction of owning a state-of-the-art amplifier (according to the ASR review). Associated with an analogue Rotel RC-980BX preamplifier and an SMSL SU-1 DAC to replace my old digital amplifier (Panasonic SA-X55), which still works perfectly after 20 years of use. No noticeable quantum leap for most audio content from DVB-T2 or DVB-S2 TV programmes, but to my old ears a clearer distinction between mediocre (dull or compressed) and high-quality content. Deserves five stars, in the hope that it will last just as long as my previous amplifier.

I am running this amplifier in a system consisting of Elac Vela 409 speakers, an Elac Varro RS700 subwoofer, a Topping D90 III Discrete DAC, and a WiiM Pro streamer, all connected with Sommer cables.
The way I hear the lows on the Apollon is truly indescribable; I found myself checking several times to see if the subwoofer was even playing. The bass control is incredible—tight, fast, and punchy. It also has impressively low power consumption, drawing only about 18W from the socket in my use case.
I decided to position the amp vertically to allow for better airflow. As a result, the unit doesn’t even get warm, even after hours of playback. As advertised, this amp does not color the sound at all; it simply amplifies it with total transparency. I will definitely be recommending Apollon to my friends.
Final Word on Support:
I had a few minor issues that were resolved by Apollon support in a matter of hours. I am more than satisfied with both the company’s service and the amplifier itself.
